Denvermetro area, but brings the utmost of knowledge and thoroughness in the construction process, marketing, investment strategies, management, and financing programs. This knowledge provides buyers and sellers alike with a unique and integrated approach to real estate. Her method with each and every client is with diligence, energy, passion and innovation.
Michelle is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), the most respected designation given by the National Association of Homebuilders. Currently, there are less than 600 members of this elite group of residential marketing professionals in the
United States. In 2007, she was honored with the Sales Person of the Year Award, the most prestigious award of excellence given to professionals in the home building industry by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. Majoring in both Finance and Marketing, Michelle obtained her business degree from
Regis
University. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Public Relations. She is one of the most community minded professionals in the industry. She is a member of the Denver Association of Realtors, The National Association of Home Builders, and the Sales and Marketing Council of Metro Denver. Previous memberships include the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Aurora Association of Realtors Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, Boulder Area Realtor Association, Longmont Association of Realtors, South Metro Association of Realtors and the Parker Chamber of Commerce put Michelle in an elite class and knowledge of extensive markets throughout
Colorado.
She has lived in
Denver for more than 20 years and currently resides in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood. She enjoys running, hiking, movies, travel and her friends, the two and four-legged type. Her second passion is to give back to her community through organizations such as the Colorado Shih Tzu and Maltese Rescue, the Denver Zoo and the Denver Dumb Friends League.
Having sold more than $100 million dollars in homes sales, she brings great passion and energy to the real estate business and truly loves what she does. She is committed to building relationships with her clients and considers them clients and friends for life.
